Shipping - Return - Cancel

Shipping costs for orders from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany up to 69.95 amount to 6.95. For orders above this amount, shipping is free.

As a Vuurbak customer, you have the right to register a purchased product for cancellation or return within 14 days of receipt. This is allowed without giving a reason. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the *order amount within 14 days of receipt of the return. Please return the shipment in its original condition and well packaged in the original packaging.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

If you keep one or more items from the order (including mutually agreed free items), you will only be reimbursed for the costs of the actual returned items from the order.

* We may pass on the costs for return shipping and the costs we incur for Paypal payments (3.4% of the order amount) to you.

The right of withdrawal (return) does not apply to products that we have personalized for you and to food, salt, herbs, rubs, sauces, vinegar, oil, etc.
