This core thermometer from ADE gives a signal when your meat or poultry has reached the desired core temperature. Half-cooked or dried-out meat is a thing of the past. You can choose from various preference settings, but you can also choose to set the temperature yourself. The plug remains in the meat in the oven, the cable (1 meter) clamps between the oven door to the display - this has a magnet and stand. The thermometer is easy to use, measures from -20 to 250ºC and can also be converted to Fahrenheit. The thermometer runs on 2 AA batteries, which are included, and has an integrated kitchen timer.
