This beautiful white truffle cream consists of no less than 73% white truffle. This makes the cream very concentrated and you only need a small amount each time. Delicious on a crispy toast, but also as a basis for a sauce or pasta dish.

Once the jar has been opened, it is best to fill it with some extra virgin olive oil and then store it in the refrigerator. This way the taste of the truffle cream remains optimal and can be kept for a longer period of time.
