Neolea Balsamico- Balsamic Vinegar, made from 70% cooked grape must and 30% red wine vinegar is naturally sweeter and rich in antioxidants. This unique ratio provides a rich and complex sweetness with notes of figs, syrup, cherries, chocolate and dried plums. Produced from Greek grapes from the island of Samos and aged for three years in French oak barrels. This balsamic vinegar comes in a 250ml dark glass bottle, to protect the vinegar from harmful (UV) light.
