The Petromax stacking rack ensures first-class heat distribution thanks to the high-quality material and makes it possible to bake, braise and steam at different levels in Dutch ovens FT4.5 and larger - all without burning. This is possible thanks to the three 4.3 cm long legs that create the perfect distance from the bottom of the pan. The pre-seasoned finish allows the stacking grille to be used immediately.

In the Dutch oven, in the fire or as a coaster

To steam in the Dutch Oven, place one rack in it or simply stack several racks on top of each other. If you place the grill directly into the hot coals, it will quickly sear the perfect grill marks on meat or vegetables. Thanks to the feet on the bottom, the cast iron stacking grate is stable in the fire and can be used as a support for placing percolators, tea kettles or Dutch ovens without legs in the fire. It can also serve as a practical coaster for hot cookware on the table.
